Here's what you can expect after you purchase.
We know it may be strange making such a large purchase online at first. That's why we've outlined our steps clearly here to provide guidance about your purchase.
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive e-mail confirmation that we have received your order.
After you receive that message from us, you'll receive a separate message containing your next steps.
If you have purchased an e-commerce package, it will contain a list of programs and services that we will need access to during the period of our engagement.
If you have purchased a social media package, it will contain a list of social media programs and websites that we will need you to collect data from.
All of our packages include a Questionnaire where we will learn more about you, your business, and what your goals are. Think of it like a doctor's intake form, but for the health and growth of your business. We need you to be as honest as possible so that we can be as helpful to your business and your growth as we possibly can be.
If your package includes consultation time, you will also receive a link to our schedule app to select a time that works for you to meet with our team. All first meetings are guaranteed to be within two weeks of your purchase date - no needless waiting around or endless round-about scheduling. All of our calls are recorded and you will have access to our recordings post-session - that way if you forget to take notes, you will still have all the information you learned during your session on hand.
We also welcome any additional information - feel free to respond to any of our intake e-mails with additional questions, documents, or information and our team will process it all.
